### 2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

We will review your claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material as required by the DMCA.
### 3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and its location before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA.
### 4. Repeat Infringers
HangmanPlus may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate accounts or access of repeat infringers.
